Kids Parties 

Yes, we do offer children's parties. They are lots of fun and everyone departs with a wonderful project. It is a party, a party favor, and an activity all in one! Here are some answers to frequently asked questions about our parties.

How much does it cost?

The per-child fee covers the materials for the class, the space rental and the instructor's time. The fees for each project are different and reflect the different materials used and the instructor's time. Please consult our staff for details.

How many kids can come?
We will do parties for a minimum of five children and a maximum of ten. We can accommodate larger groups offsite (see below for offsite details).

Do I have to pay in advance?
Yes, we will not hold your party date or schedule an instructor until we have received your payment. You may add extra guests (up to ten total) on the day of the party.

Do all the children have to be the same age?

We have selected the projects to be developmentally appropriate for children of specific ages, so if you have any younger guests we often suggest choosing an easier project or making sure that an adult will be on hand to assist them if they get frustrated. Our instructor will make every attempt to see that all children leave the class with a finished project.

My group includes several children with disabilities, can we have a party?
Of course, we can design a project so that every child in your group will be able to successfully complete it and will have fun!

Can we have cake?

Yes, you can serve cake or snacks. We do not have any serving utensils, napkins, silverware, birthday candles, etc. on hand, so make sure you pack everything you need. We also ask that you be sure to clean up the food after the class is concluded and remove all extra snacks or cake. We also like to remind parents that the class time is fairly well filled with making the project, so there really is very little time for eating or opening gifts. Many parents like to have the class and then take the kids to a local pizza place for dinner, cake and gifts. The classroom must be vacated at the end of the party time to accommodate other events.

Can we do a party outside of Circa Gallery?
We do not come to private residences but you can book a party at an offsite venue. 

Do you do parties for teens or adults?
Yes, we do bridal showers, grown-up birthday parties and even corporate events. We are happy to offer any group, fourteen or older, any of our usual classes as a private party, or to design a class for your specific needs.
